Stage Three
Age 11 - Age 14
Grades Six to Eight
Stage two spans ages 11- 14 and consists of students from grades six to eight in most of our classrooms. Students in this age group are often referred to as early adolescents. It is an exciting time that often involves a lot of rapid and diverse changes for children. Children begin to see physical changes in their bodies and they also begin to feel and think in more mature ways. They begin to form their own sense of identity and develop individual beliefs and attitudes. During this time, the peer group begins to gain importance and children begin to seek out role models and mentors.

Stage Three: Goals and Student Portfolio

We believe that a key element of development is a child's clarity on their goals and their ability to continuously reflect and self-monitor their progress towards the same. Here, you will find stage three holistic student goals and a portfolio that has been designed to capture every individual child's personal journey with the 8 Cs through the year.
Cs in Content, Culture and Opportunities
