Stage One

Age 5 - Age 7
Grades K to Two

Stage one spans ages 5- 7 and consists of students from grades K - two in most of our classrooms. The brain development of children at this stage accelerates as they receive opportunities at school to learn new mental skills and concepts. As they grow and develop, they become more curious about the world around them. They grow more interested in exploring it, and begin to solve problems on their own.

Stage One: Goals and Student Portfolio

Content1.JPG

We believe that a key element of development is a child's clarity on their goals and their ability to continuously reflect and self-monitor their progress towards the same. Here, you will find stage two holistic student goals and a portfolio that has been designed to capture every individual child's personal journey with the 8 Cs through the year.
